Assessments are billed at $200/hour. Travel outside the Greater Sacramento area is an additional fee. A 30 minute follow up appointment is included free for each home assessment of 4 hours or more. This time can be used to retest on-site after remediation and/or for a phone consultation. A detailed written report is an additional $250.
